Job Summary:As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the heavy machinery industry. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and developing strong relationships with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading heavy machinery manufacturer in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:

·         ISO documentation work to be prepared and maintain up to date records.

·         Meeting customers on site and showroom and explaining all machine technical specifications.

·         Take portable machines to customer site and arranging demo.

·         Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive activities in the heavy machinery industry.

·         Actively involve into the sales and marketing of the machines supplied by the company.

·         Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company growth targets and expand market share.

·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including generating leads, prospecting, and cold calling potential clients.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering customized solutions.

·         Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to understand product capabilities and develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients.

·         Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

·         Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

·         Meeting monthly sales target as and when demanded & implemented by the management.

·         Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement or new product development.

·         Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s products and services.

·         Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, orders in process and market & customer insights to the management team.

Qualifications:

•       Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

•       Previous experience in a similar position with a reputed machine tool sales and service industry will be an added advantage.

•       Good knowledge of CNC / NC PRESS BRAKES, SHEARING, PLASMA CUTTING, LASER, LATHE etc.

•       Any other works as specified by management.

•       Proven experience in business development or sales roles within the heavy machinery industry, preferably in the UAE market. Highly motivated freshers are also welcome.

•       Strong technical background in electrical engineering, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts including machine wiring diagram.

•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.

•       Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends in the heavy machinery sector.

•       Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•       Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.

•       Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track customer interactions and sales activities.

•       A valid UAE driving license if mandatory. Car, fuel, Salik and any associated expenses will be provided by the company.

CNC SERVICE & MAINTENANCE - ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Function CNC MACHINE SERVICE & MAINTENANCE Location Dubai, UAE
Reporting to MANAGER WORKING DAYS MONDAY TO SATURDAY
Job Summary:

As a CNC SERVICE & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER, you will be responsible for installation, operating, carrying out hand over procedures, repair services, fault finding and troubleshooting. Your primary focus will be on ensuring complete installation and service of all products under the DISHAA brand and developing strong relationships with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading heavy machinery supplier & manufacturer in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Co-ordinating with factory engineers and clients during installation and ensuring successful machine handover for production.

·         Prepare service reports & technician team work scheduling.

·         Plan in advance daily schedules for service visits and co-ordinate with customers for all necessary arrangements on site.

·         ISO documentation work to be prepared and maintain up to date records.

·         Carry out SOP of quality check of machines under power on arrival to showroom. Make detailed report of any missing or damaged parts and report to head office.

·         To operate, commissioning, assemble & installation of all machines supplied by DISHAA.

·         Machine list includes but not restricted to CNC / NC press brake, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, laser welding, laser marking, pipe bending, lathes, drilling, milling, hydraulic plate rolling, press, bandsaws, surface grinding and other precision machines.

·         Undertake on-site training to client operators and successfully handing over the machine for production. Prepare the handover reports and take signatures. Make the operators aware of how to correctly operate the machines as per manual provided.

·         Attending to all the service breakdown calls from clients and schedule immediate troubleshooting all hydraulic & electro-mechanical issues along with other technicians.

·         Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to understand product capabilities and develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients.

·         Carrying out monthly preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities and maintaining a good relations with existing customers and operators.

·         Meeting customers on site and showroom and attending all machine technical meeting and clarifying all technical specifications and carrying out demo of machines.

·         Take portable machines to customer site and arranging demo.

·         Make machine presentations and technical reports to submit to customer for approval.

·         Business travel around the world for service and installation of machines will be part of the job.

·         Any other work assigned by management.

Qualifications & skills:

•       Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
